OK, if no one wants to do anything serious, here's my absurd plan once again (someone might've learned it by heart already)
This really started just as a joke, but after all, what's so bad about having some fun out of the whole Singleton idea? (No one "so gently" asked this time though)
Here's my Singleton program.
All channels are English-only. If your message contains cyrillic, transliteration or any other non-English text, you get a warning. Three warnings == permoban (until my ruling is over, of course). Russian quotes are allowed. I'm too lazy to come up with formally correct anti-exploit rules, so just take me on my word here, I can (and will) tell the difference.
Will create a single #russian_chaos channel which will be the only place where Russian is allowed. No moderation there whatsoever.
The other moderation rules will be quite similar to the "default" ones, but without punishments for burning people. My intuition will also play a role, but I'll always warn before acting.
My English is not perfect, neither is any of yours, I'm sure. So no *shaming* on any kinds of mistakes, but *gentle poiting* at ones is approved and even encouraged. Complaining about being corrected is strictly prohibited unless the original correction is rude.
